As electrification accelerates and magnetic wire applications evolve, manufacturers are under growing pressure to deliver zero-defect quality, higher throughput, and greater flexibility — all while managing costs and workforce safety. For OEMs and suppliers in motor-driven systems and appliance components, the central challenges are ensuring consistent crimp precision across different wire combinations, minimizing downtime from changeovers, and adapting to new materials such as aluminum.
In this 60-minute webinar, industry experts will explore how the latest innovations in magnetic wire termination address these challenges head on. From automatic crimp height regulation that streamlines complex sequences, to integrated safety and debris control systems that reduce maintenance and risk, to wire stuffing capabilities that simplify terminal inventory, these advancements are redefining what’s possible in high-volume production environments.
An audience Q&A will follow the technical presentation.
